Warranty

Each subscription plan is covered for its full period. If your plan stops working during that period, open a support ticket and we fix or replace the service.

Refunds

• If we cannot deliver an order, its full price is credited back to your AIOFFER wallet, ready for another purchase.
• After a successful activation, we fix or replace the service instead of refunding.

Payments are final

Wallet top-ups and crypto payments cannot be refunded or sent back to you — not for a mistaken transaction (wrong amount, wrong address, wrong network or coin) and not for any other reason. Wallet balance can be spent on the site but cannot be withdrawn. Please check the amount, address and network carefully before you send a payment.

Digital delivery

Digital delivery is available worldwide and is included in the displayed product price, with no additional delivery charge. There is no physical shipment or transit time. Check the selected product's country, account and activation requirements before ordering; worldwide delivery does not remove a provider's regional restrictions.

Activation time

We activate orders as soon as possible after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain — normally within 24 hours. Progress is shared in your order's support ticket.

The condition, shipping and any extra terms of open-box phones are described on each product page. The Google Ads service and virtual numbers follow the details shown on their pages and in your order ticket.
