What Is a TXID (Transaction ID) and Where Do I Find It?
The TXID is the receipt of your crypto payment. Here's what it is and how to find it in any wallet or exchange.

A TXID (transaction ID or transaction hash) is a unique code that identifies one transfer on a blockchain. Anyone can look it up in a block explorer to see the amount, the addresses and how many confirmations it has.
Why merchants ask for it
When you pay with crypto, the TXID proves which transfer is yours. AIOFFER asks for it after a wallet top-up so the deposit can be matched and confirmed quickly.
Where to find your TXID
- Exchanges: open your withdrawal history and select the transfer — the TXID (sometimes called hash) is shown in the details.
- Wallet apps: open the transaction in your history; there is usually a copy hash button or a link to a block explorer.
- Block explorers: search your sending address on the explorer for that network (for example a TRON or Bitcoin explorer) and open the latest transaction.
What a TXID looks like
It is a long string of letters and numbers — 64 characters on Bitcoin, TRON and Ethereum (Ethereum hashes start with 0x).
Common problems
- No TXID yet: some exchanges show it only once the withdrawal is processed — wait a few minutes.
- Wrong network: a TXID on a different network than the deposit address means the funds went somewhere else — contact support of the sending platform.
